The RAW site in Berlin Friedrichshain is a massive area with lots of old sheds and factory buildings that used to be a repair depot for steam locomotives.
These days the site is covered in grafiti and is home to all kinds of alternative urban operators, like the Berlin Skate Halle (indoor skate board park- link here) and a bunch of clubs and bars.
I love doing these kind of markets, because I get to see how passers-by see a BerlinBonez T-shirt and, well, usually it looks like in those old cartoons where a light bulb goes on above someones head. When I see that look in someones face, I know BerlinBonez has just won another fan - and ,usually, that person becomes the proud owner of a cool limited edition BerlinBonez T-Shirt too.
Berlin attracts visitors from all over the world and so now their are BerlinBonez shirts in France, Spain, Norway, Finland, UK, USA and who knows where as well.
We had loads of the new BerlinBonez Stickers this time and some badges too. We discovered that people love collecting stickers! So, slowly, lap tops, fridges, cars, skate boards and Pick ups all over the world are being decorated with Ampeltödchen, the Liquidator and I (skull) Berlin.
Thanks to everone who dropped by, had a chat, and especially everyone who parted with hard earned Euros to wear one of our T-Shirts!
