T-Shirt Quality at BerlinBonez
People manage to have mega complicated discussions on blogs and forums about T-Shirt quality - weight of T-Shirt, Print quality etc. etc. etc.
So if you´re one of those people who like to debate about the virtues of American Apparel compared to Fruit of the Loom, or which weight is ideal for T-Shirts (is thin in?) or other occult kind of issues; we´ve put together some detail pics of a typical T-Shirt ordered through our store.
As mentioned elsewhere on this site, our T-Shirts are produced and distributed by a fulfillment organization called Zazzle. This company produces each T-shirt individually which allows you to chose from a very large range of different styles and colours. So you can, effectively, order a "one off" exclusive T-Shirt design.
Zazzle has it´s own patented process for printing on dark shirts - obviously, using a print on demand technology, they´re not doing silk screen! We have read some negative comments elsewhere on the web about the quality of this print technology (which doesen´t fit our experience), so thats why we´ve put up the detail photos so you can make your own mind up.

Heres a general view of the print (Zombie Doll Helga!). As you can see, the print has great quality contrast, even on a dark shirt.

Here´s a close up of the print. You can see Helga´s immaculate hair-do and her near perfect white teeth (Osmonds eat your hearts out).
As before you can see that the contast and detail is excellent. The printed area has a slightly rubery surface, which in some lights has a bit of a sheen to it. The texture of the cotton is visible in the printed area.
